Our products, primarily crafted in Japan, are shipped under carefully managed conditions to preserve quality and integrity.

Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping.
 However, due to customs regulations, import restrictions, or logistical limitations, shipping may not be available to certain countries or regions.
 We appreciate your understanding.
Depending on the product and order details, items may be shipped from our U.S. distribution center (Phenimax LLC) or directly from Japan.

Shipping Methods
Shipments from within the United States are handled via USPS.
Items shipped directly from Japan are delivered via Japan Post (EMS) or FedEx.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays, Pacific Time) and typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and customs procedures, generally ranging from 5 to 14 business days.
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Customs Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and value-added taxes are governed by the regulations of the destination country or region.
 Listed prices may not include these charges.
Any applicable duties or taxes are generally the responsibility of the purchaser.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses
